The Jawa Perak gets a larger engine than the Forty-Two and distinctive styling too

The Jawa Perak is the brand's first BS6 compliant offering and stays true to the original design showcased in 2018. The Bobber-styling looks stunning with the round headlamp, teardrop fuel tank and the floating single seat. Highlights are the matte paint job with the golden pinstripe on the fuel tank and the taillight integrated into the seat that makes the motorcycle a head-turner. The bike sits low with a long wheelbase and comes with bar-end mirrors, while most chrome components get the blacked-out treatment instead including the engine, exhaust and the spoked wheels.

The Perak will be offered in the single matte black paint scheme with the golden stripes and the tan single seat

The Jawa Perak is underpinned by a double-cradle frame that is powered by a 334 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that is BS6 compliant. The motor is a bored-out version over the one seen on the Jawa and the Forty-Two and makes more power too at 30 bhp and 31 Nm of peak torque. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic front forks and a monoshock at the rear, while braking performance comes from discs at either end with dual-channel ABS as standard.

The Jawa Perak does not have a direct rival in the segment but locks horns against the RE and Benelli

The Perak Bobber does not have a direct rival yet and is priced interestingly that pits against the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Benelli Imperiale 400 and the likes in the modern-classic space.
